I know how stressful it can be to leave your beloved pets when you leave town or are away for an extended period of time.  You might not want to ask for that favor from your neighbor or relative, but want someone you can trust.

Whenever I took vacations, I was fortunate to have a good friend and fellow animal lover to care for my cats.  My dear friend would tease me because I would leave very detailed instructions for my pets.  He would say, “my goodness Holly, they’re cats…all they do is sleep!”

Needless to say, I did “fret” about leaving my pets but appreciated the care they received while I was gone.  When I got home, they were as content as could be and my home was taken care of.  In caring for your pet(s), I believe in ‘pono’, or the welfare and wellbeing of your valued companion.  So, “don’t fret, pet sit”.
